Who is Tony Hsieh? He’s the CEO of Zappos.com – the premiere online retailer of shoes. He started the company in 1999, did $800mil in sales in 2008 and sold the company to Amazon.com for $847mil. Zappos and Tony have been featured in numerous magazines including Inc, Fast Company and Entrepreneur for the unique corporate culture, methodologies and customer service they have created.

I’ve bought shoes from Zappos. Their customer service is great and the reps are friendly. I’ve done multiple exchanges which were painless and cost me no extra money. Zappos also happens to carry a wide selection of street brands such as Jump, Clae and Supra. They’ve got a good thing going on there. I congratulate Tony and his team for their continuing success.
