If you were given the opportunity to pursue your dream career/life, would you quit the stability of a well-paying job and take a massive pay cut to do it? A 23 year old financial analyst did just that and moved to Germany to play semi-pro baseball. Now he’s living his dreams with no regrets.
It’s never too late to pursue your dreams. It just takes vision and courage to take that first step, then brazen perseverance to keep walking towards your dreams.
I am a 24 year-old pharmacist in Canada. I am planning a life change. I’ve only been a pharmacist for 2 years, but I think any amount of time doing something that makes you feel dead inside is too long. I’ve decided to take the Martha Beck coaching course in January and dedicate my time to something that I am passionate about. And that is helping people be happier. That is what makes me feel vibrant. I love reading about other people, like Jon, who are saying “SCREW YOU” to the societal pressures to colour inside the lines. Carpe Diem! I can’t wait to get the tools to spread this message to other people!
